  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 yellow bell pepper sliced
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lime juiced
Fajita Seasoning
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp salt
To Serve
  • 4 flour or corn tortillas warmed
  • fresh cilantro for garnish

Method
 

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 390°F (200°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Slice the chicken, bell peppers, and onion into even strips.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine chicken and vegetables with olive oil and fajita seasoning. Toss well to coat.
  4. Optional: Let the mixture marinate for 5 minutes for deeper flavor.
  5. Arrange the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12–14 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Once cooked, squeeze fresh lime juice over the fajitas and toss lightly.
  7. Serve warm in tortillas and top with fresh cilantro or your favorite toppings.

Notes

For extra flavor, try adding jalapeño slices, chipotle powder, or shredded cheese. Perfect for meal prep or quick weeknight dinners!
