- Pat pickle slices dry with paper towels.
- Dust pickles in flour, then dunk in beaten eggs, and finally roll in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
- Place in the air fryer basket with some space between each piece.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray for the best crunch.
Cooking
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook for 7-9 minutes, flipping halfway through cooking for even crispiness.
Notes
Do not crowd the air fryer basket for best results. For a gluten-free version, substitute flour and breadcrumbs with gluten-free alternatives. Optionally, soak pickles in buttermilk before dredging for more flavor.
