  • 2 avocados ripe avocados peeled and pitted
  • 1/2 cup avocado oil mayo use Primal Kitchen or similar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

  1. Peel and pit the avocados, then mash them in a bowl until smooth.
