Ingredients
  

  • 1 whole Avocado Ripe
  • 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper
  • 1-2 tbsp Olive oil Optional
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar Optional
  • 1-2 tbsp Water For consistency

Method
 

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add the lemon juice, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the blender.
  3. Blend until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add water to adjust the consistency.
  4. Optional: Add olive oil and apple cider vinegar for extra creaminess and tanginess. Blend again until smooth.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt, lemon juice, or Dijon mustard if desired.
  6. Transfer to a bowl or jar, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors meld.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the consistency with more water or oil, depending on your preference for creaminess.
