Ingredients
  

For the Bites
  • 1 pack store-bought crescent dough Puff pastry works, but crescent dough gives a golden crisp.
  • 1 wheel brie cheese Rind is optional.
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce Use homemade for extra flavor if desired.
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans Can substitute with walnuts or omit due to allergies.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent dough and cut it into small squares.
  3. Grease a muffin tin and pop each square into the slots, pressing gently to form tiny cups.
  4. Slice the brie into small chunks that fit into each dough cup.
  5. Put a piece of brie in each cup, add a spoonful of cranberry sauce, and sprinkle with pecans.
Baking
  1. Bake for about 12-15 minutes until the pastry is puffy and golden.
Serving
  1. Let the bites cool for about 5 minutes before removing them from the muffin tin.
  2. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Assemble the bites in advance and refrigerate for up to 24 hours before baking. Great for potlucks and parties, and can be paired with festive drinks. Consider adding fresh herbs or switches in jam types for variety.
