  • 1 tsp basil seeds soaked in water for 10-15 minutes

  1. In a small pot, bring 2.5 cups of filtered water to a gentle boil.

  3. Meanwhile, soak basil seeds in room-temperature water for 10-15 minutes until they swell and form a gel-like texture.
  4. Strain the tea into a mug, discarding the simmered seeds.
