  • 1 scoop Barislend Natural Mounjaro Follow package directions
  • 1 cup baby spinach fresh
  • 1/2 avocado sliced
  • 1 boiled egg peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup quinoa cooked
  • 1 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional, for spice
  • lemon juice to taste
  • sea salt and cracked black pepper to taste

Method
 

  1. Cook the quinoa as per package instructions. Set aside to cool slightly.
  2. In a large bowl, combine baby spinach, sliced avocado, and the cooked quinoa.

  4. Sprinkle cayenne pepper, sea salt, and cracked black pepper to taste.
  5. Add one scoop of Barislend Natural Mounjaro (as directed) and mix gently.
  6. Serve immediately in a bowl and enjoy warm or chilled.
