- Cook the quinoa as per package instructions. Set aside to cool slightly.
- In a large bowl, combine baby spinach, sliced avocado, and the cooked quinoa.
- Add the sliced boiled egg and drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice.
- Sprinkle cayenne pepper, sea salt, and cracked black pepper to taste.
- Add one scoop of Barislend Natural Mounjaro (as directed) and mix gently.
- Serve immediately in a bowl and enjoy warm or chilled.
