  • 2 pieces Avocados ripe
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 clove Garlic optional
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

  1. Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a blender or food processor.
  2. Add olive oil, lemon juice, garlic (if using), salt, and pepper to the blender.
