- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

- In the same skillet, sauté the bell peppers and onions until softened, about 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer the crushed tortilla chips, followed by the cooked chicken, sautéed vegetables, and a layer of shredded cheese. Repeat the layers.
- Bake the casserole for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro, serve with sour cream and lime wedges, and enjoy!
