- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Rub orange zest into granulated sugar until fragrant.
- Cream butter and citrus sugar together until pale and fluffy, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add eggs one at a time, followed by sour cream, vanilla, and orange juice.
- Fold in dry ingredients until just combined, then gently fold in the floured cranberries.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes until a skewer comes out clean. Cool before glazing.
