Ingredients
  

  • 2 breasts Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 Bell Peppers 1 red, 1 green
  • 1 Onion sliced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Fajita Seasoning store-bought or homemade
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 whole Lime sliced for garnish
  • 4-6 pieces Tortillas flour or corn

Method
 

  1. Preheat the **Blackstone griddle** over medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
  2. Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and toss with **fajita seasoning**, **garlic powder**, **smoked paprika**, and olive oil.
  3. Once the griddle is hot, add the chicken strips and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and cooked through.
  4. Push the chicken to the side and add sliced **bell peppers** and **onion** to the griddle. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp.
  5. Warm the **tortillas** on the griddle for 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Assemble your fajitas by adding the chicken and sautéed veggies to each tortilla. Garnish with a squeeze of fresh lime and enjoy!

Notes

For added flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before cooking. You can also add extra heat by including jalapeños or a spicy salsa.
