- Preheat the **Blackstone griddle** over medium-high heat for 10 minutes.
- Slice the chicken breasts into thin strips and toss with **fajita seasoning**, **garlic powder**, **smoked paprika**, and olive oil.
- Once the griddle is hot, add the chicken strips and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally until golden and cooked through.
- Push the chicken to the side and add sliced **bell peppers** and **onion** to the griddle. Sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender but still slightly crisp.
- Warm the **tortillas** on the griddle for 30 seconds on each side.
- Assemble your fajitas by adding the chicken and sautéed veggies to each tortilla. Garnish with a squeeze of fresh lime and enjoy!
Notes
For added flavor, marinate the chicken for 30 minutes before cooking. You can also add extra heat by including jalapeños or a spicy salsa.
