- Add all ingredients to a blender.
- Blend on high until smooth and creamy (about 30–45 seconds).
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately. Garnish with cinnamon or almond slices if desired.
Notes
This recipe can be easily customized. Add cocoa powder for a chocolate version, or swap banana for mango. Great as a quick breakfast or post-workout drink!
