- In a large bowl, combine the cooked chicken, shredded cheese, minced garlic, and mayonnaise (or sour cream). Gently mix until all ingredients are fully incorporated, creating a cheesy, savory filling.
- Lay a tortilla flat and spoon a generous portion of the chicken filling into the center. Be careful not to overfill to ensure easy rolling.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla in, and then tightly roll it up, starting from the bottom edge. Ensure the wrap is firm and the filling is secure.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat. Place the rolled wraps seam-side down on the hot skillet. Cook until they are golden brown and crispy on one side (approximately 2-3 minutes).
- Flip the wraps and cook the other side until it is also golden and the cheese inside is melted and gooey. Serve immediately while hot.
Notes
For an extra crispy exterior, lightly brush the outside of the wraps with melted butter before cooking. Feel free to customize the filling with extras like chopped spinach, tomatoes, olives, or a pinch of smoked paprika for added flavor.
