- Chop ripe tomatoes into small pieces and toss them into a bowl.
- Spread your chosen soft cheese onto the bottom of a shallow serving dish.
- Spoon the tomato mixture over the cheese evenly.

- Add balsamic glaze if desired and serve with crackers or crostini.
Notes
Best fresh, but can be stored for one day if leftovers remain. Keep layers separate in the fridge for best results. Serve at room temperature.
