Method
- Bake the brownie mix in an 8x8 pan according to package directions. Allow to cool completely.
- In a medium bowl, mix the peanut butter and powdered sugar until combined.
- Gently fold half of the whipped topping into the peanut butter mixture until smooth.
- Spread the peanut butter mixture over the cooled brownie base.
- Top with the remaining whipped topping.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set before slicing with a hot knife.
