Ingredients
  

  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
  • 3 Bell Peppers assorted colors
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 whole Lime squeezed
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for cooking
  • 8 Flour Tortillas small

  1. Slice the chicken into strips and season with garlic powder, cumin, chili powder, paprika, and a squeeze of lime. Let it marinate for 30 minutes.
  2. While the chicken marinates, slice the bell peppers and onion. Set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until golden brown, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions to the skillet and sauté for an additional 5 minutes, until tender.
  5. Warm the tortillas in a separate pan for about 30 seconds on each side.
  6. Serve the fajitas by placing the chicken and veggie mixture in the tortillas. Top with fresh cilantro, a squeeze of lime, and any additional toppings like sour cream or guacamole.
