Method
- Pour cold water into a wide bowl. Evenly sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the top and let it bloom undisturbed for 5 to 10 minutes until thick.
- Steep the tea bags in the hot (not boiling) water for 4 minutes. Discard the tea bags.
- Pour the hot tea over the bloomed gelatin. Whisk continuously until completely dissolved and clear.
- Whisk in the fresh lemon juice and your natural sweetener of choice.
- Pour into molds, cover tightly, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set completely.
