Ingredients
  

  • 2 tablespoons Grass-Fed Unflavored Gelatin
  • 0.5 cup Cold Filtered Water
  • 1.5 cups Hot Filtered Water
  • 2 bags Organic Green Tea or Hibiscus
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 teaspoon Liquid Stevia or Monk Fruit (to taste)

Method
 

  1. Pour cold water into a wide bowl. Evenly sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over the top and let it bloom undisturbed for 5 to 10 minutes until thick.
  2. Steep the tea bags in the hot (not boiling) water for 4 minutes. Discard the tea bags.
  3. Pour the hot tea over the bloomed gelatin. Whisk continuously until completely dissolved and clear.
  4. Whisk in the fresh lemon juice and your natural sweetener of choice.
  5. Pour into molds, cover tightly, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to set completely.
