  • 300 g Pasta Spaghetti or any pasta of choice
  • 2 Habanero Pepper Finely chopped, seeds removed
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil For sautéing
  • 1 cup Tomato Sauce Smooth or chunky, depending on preference
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese Grated
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Basil Chopped
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped **habanero peppers** and minced garlic, sautéing for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the tomato sauce, stir, and let it simmer for 5-7 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Serve the **habanero pasta** topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil.

Notes

For extra heat, leave some of the **habanero** seeds in. Adjust the amount based on your heat tolerance.
