Ingredients
  

  • 2 pieces Chicken Breast Boneless, skinless
  • 2 pieces Bell Peppers Any color, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic Cloves Minced
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tbsp Tex Mex Paste For added flavor
  • 4 pieces Tortillas Soft flour

Method
 

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  2. Add chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add bell peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender. Stir in **Tex Mex paste** and cook for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Return the chicken to the skillet, toss with the peppers and paste mixture. Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
  5. Assemble the tacos by adding the chicken-pepper mixture to the tortillas and serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
