Method
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add chicken breasts and cook for 6-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet.
- In the same skillet, add bell peppers and cook for 2-3 minutes until tender. Stir in **Tex Mex paste** and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, toss with the peppers and paste mixture. Warm tortillas in a separate pan.
- Assemble the tacos by adding the chicken-pepper mixture to the tortillas and serve immediately with your favorite toppings.
