Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups Cold Water
  • 1 whole Lemon thinly sliced
  • ½ whole Cucumber sliced
  • 10–12 leaves Mint Leaves fresh
  • as needed Ice Cubes for chilling
  • 1 inch Ginger optional, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar optional
  • 1 tsp Raw Honey optional

Method
 

  1. Prepare the ingredients by slicing the lemon, cucumber, and ginger (if using), and lightly crushing the mint leaves.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a large pitcher: water, lemon, cucumber, mint, and ginger. Add honey and apple cider vinegar if desired.
  3. Add ice cubes to the pitcher and stir everything together.
  4. Let the mixture infuse in the fridge for 1-2 hours for the best flavor.
