Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 teaspoon Japanese pink salt (unrefined)
  • 1 cup Warm filtered water
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice optional
  • 1/8 teaspoon Grated ginger optional

Method
 

  1. Warm the water to about 105°F (not boiling).
  2. Stir in the pink salt until fully dissolved.
  3. Add lemon juice and ginger if using.
  4. Drink on an empty stomach in the morning.

Notes
