- Warm the water to about 105°F (not boiling).
- Stir in the pink salt until fully dissolved.
- Add lemon juice and ginger if using.
- Drink on an empty stomach in the morning.
- Follow with a glass of plain water after 30 minutes.
Notes
Consume 3-5 times per week. Avoid if on a sodium-restricted diet. Can be alternated with other detox drinks.
