Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
- In a large bowl, mix all ingredients except for the ground beef and ketchup.
- Add the ground beef and mix gently until well combined. Avoid overmixing.
- Transfer the meat mixture into a baking dish and shape into a loaf.
- Bake for 30 minutes, then spread the sugar-free ketchup on top and bake for an additional 25-45 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
Notes
You can customize the seasonings based on your preferences. For a firmer meatloaf, reduce the moisture content or add more almond flour.
