Method
- Combine Chex cereal and mini pretzels in a very large mixing bowl.
- Melt white chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal mixture and gently fold with a spatula until evenly coated.
- Transfer the mix to a large Ziploc bag with powdered sugar and shake until every piece is coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined sheet pan and immediately top with M&Ms, marshmallows, and sprinkles.
- Allow to set for 30 minutes at room temperature before serving or packaging.
Notes
Avoid over-shaking the candies in the powdered sugar so their colors stay vibrant. Use high-quality white chocolate for the best melting results.
