Ingredients

Popcorn Base
  • 8 cups Popped Popcorn Plain or lightly salted, kernels removed
  • 12 oz White Chocolate Melting Wafers Ghirardelli or similar quality
Mix-ins
  • 1 cup Green M&Ms Or similar candy-coated chocolates
  • 1 cup Dehydrated Marshmallows Lucky Charms style
  • 0.5 cup Pastel Candies Pink, yellow, and blue
  • 2 tbsp Festive Sprinkles Green clovers or gold stars

Method

  1. Spread popped popcorn onto a large baking sheet lined with parchment paper, ensuring all unpopped kernels are removed.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate wafers in 30-second increments, stirring until completely smooth.
  3. Drizzle two-thirds of the melted chocolate over the popcorn and toss gently with a spatula to coat.
  4. While the chocolate is wet, sprinkle the M&Ms, marshmallows, and pastel candies over the popcorn.
  5. Drizzle the remaining chocolate over the mix and add the sprinkles. Let sit for 20 minutes until the chocolate has hardened.
  6. Break the popcorn into clusters and serve in bowls or treat bags.

Notes

Always use plain popcorn to avoid greasy results. For a faster set, place the baking tray in the refrigerator for 5 minutes.
