- Measure all of the spices into a small mixing bowl.
- Use a small whisk or a fork to blend the spices thoroughly until the mixture is uniform in color and no clumps remain.
- Transfer the seasoning blend to an airtight glass jar and store in a cool, dark pantry for up to 6 months.
Notes
Chef's Tip: To maximize flavor without salt, 'bloom' 2 tablespoons of this seasoning in a hot skillet with olive oil for 30 seconds before adding your meat or vegetables. Always finish your cooked fajitas with a squeeze of fresh lime juice to brighten the dish.
