Prep the jar: Use a clean 16-ounce glass jar with a non-metal lid.
Rinse with hot water and let it air-dry.
Add salt: Pour 1/2 cup Pink Himalayan salt into the jar. If you only have fine salt, it will dissolve faster; coarse chunks are fine, too.
Fill with water: Add filtered water to the top of the jar. Leave a little space so it won’t overflow when you shake it.
Shake gently: Cap and shake for 10–15 seconds, then let it rest for a few minutes.
You’ll see some salt dissolve.
Check saturation: After 12–24 hours, there should be undissolved salt at the bottom. That means the solution is fully saturated (about 26% salt to water) and ready to use. If all the salt dissolves, add more and wait until a small layer remains.
How to drink: Start with 1/2 teaspoon of the sole concentrate added to a large glass (8–12 ounces) of water.
Stir and sip, ideally in the morning. Adjust slowly based on taste and how your body feels.
Optional flavor: Add a squeeze of lemon or a tiny drizzle of raw honey if you prefer a softer taste.
Top up as needed: When the jar runs low, add more water and a little more salt to keep undissolved crystals at the bottom. That ensures continued saturation.
