  • 8 oz Warm Filtered Water about 240 mL
  • 1/2 lemon Lemon Juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Optional Raw Honey for sweetness
  • pinch Optional Cayenne Pepper for thermogenic effect

Method
 

  1. Warm the filtered water to about 120°F (49°C).
  2. Stir in the Himalayan pink salt until dissolved.
  3. Add the fresh lemon juice and stir again.
  4. If desired, add raw honey or cayenne pepper and mix well.
  5. Sip slowly on an empty stomach in the morning.
