Method
- Heat 8 oz of filtered water to a warm, comfortable drinking temperature.
- Stir in ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt and mix until dissolved.
- Add 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice and stir until well combined.
- Drink the mixture slowly over 2–3 minutes, ideally before breakfast.
Notes
This drink is a great way to boost hydration and aid digestion. Optional ingredients such as honey or cayenne pepper can be added for extra flavor and metabolic support.
