Ingredients
  

  • ¼ teaspoon Himalayan Pink Salt fine ground
  • 8 oz Warm Filtered Water
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice about half a lemon

Method
 

  1. Heat 8 oz of filtered water to a warm, comfortable drinking temperature.
  2. Stir in ¼ teaspoon of Himalayan pink salt and mix until dissolved.
  3. Add 1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice and stir until well combined.
  4. Drink the mixture slowly over 2–3 minutes, ideally before breakfast.

Notes

This drink is a great way to boost hydration and aid digestion. Optional ingredients such as honey or cayenne pepper can be added for extra flavor and metabolic support.
