Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp Himalayan Pink Salt Dissolved in water
  • 8-12 oz Filtered Water
  • 1 tsp Fresh Lemon Juice Optional
  • 1 tsp Raw Honey Optional

  1. In a jar, dissolve the Himalayan pink salt in filtered water to create a sole solution. Let it sit for 12-24 hours.
  2. Each morning, take 1 teaspoon of sole (or ½-1 teaspoon of salt) and mix it into a glass of warm filtered water.
  3. Add 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar if desired, and stir well.
