- In a jar, dissolve the Himalayan pink salt in filtered water to create a sole solution. Let it sit for 12-24 hours.
- Each morning, take 1 teaspoon of sole (or ½-1 teaspoon of salt) and mix it into a glass of warm filtered water.
- Add 1 teaspoon of fresh lemon juice or apple cider vinegar if desired, and stir well.
- Optionally, add 1 teaspoon of raw honey for a touch of sweetness and antioxidants.
- Drink the mixture slowly on an empty stomach, about 15-30 minutes before your first meal.
