- Steam the broccoli until bright green and slightly tender using RO water for clean flavor preservation.
- In a bowl, combine cooked quinoa, broccoli, and diced bell pepper.
- Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice. Add salt, pepper, and fresh herbs. Toss lightly to mix.
- Let rest for 10 minutes before serving to allow flavors to blend. Enjoy warm or cold.
