  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter (softened)
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 large Egg (room temperature)
  • 1.5 teaspoons Premium Vanilla Extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon Almond Extract
  • 3 cups Organic Pastry Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 dash High Quality Food Coloring (Green, for icing)

Method
 

  1. In a stand mixer, cream the softened butter and sugar on medium-high speed for 3 minutes until light and fluffy.
  2. Add the egg, vanilla extract, and almond extract. Mix on low until just combined.
