  • 1 lb Steak Flank or Skirt Steak
  • 2 Bell Peppers Mixed colors
  • 1 Onion Sliced
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice Freshly squeezed
  • 2 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder For marinade
  • 1 tbsp Cumin For marinade
  • 4 Flour Tortillas For serving

Method
 

  1. Combine lime juice, garlic, chili powder, cumin, and olive oil to create the marinade. Add the steak and let marinate for at least 1 hour.

  3. Sauté the bell peppers and onions in a skillet until tender and slightly charred, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Rest the steak for 5 minutes, then slice thinly against the grain.
