Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 1.5 cups mango chunks fresh or frozen
  • 1 cup strawberries hulled, fresh or frozen
  • 0.75 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 tbsp agave syrup or honey or sweetener of choice
  • 3 cups cold water or sparkling water
Optional Garnishes
  • lemon slices for garnish
  • mint leaves fresh
  • ice cubes for serving

  • Citrus Juicer
  • Fine Mesh Sieve (optional)

Method
 

  1. Add mango, strawberries, lemon juice, and sweetener to a blender.
  2. Blend until completely smooth. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  3. Optional: Strain the mixture using a fine sieve for a smoother texture.
  4. Stir in cold water or sparkling water to desired consistency.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes, or serve immediately over ice.
  6. Garnish with lemon slices, mint, and enjoy!

Notes

Use frozen fruits for thicker texture. Try it with rum, wine, or vodka for a cocktail version. Herbs like basil or rosemary make it extra fresh!
