Method
- Pour the warm filtered water into a tall, sturdy glass.
- Add the fine Himalayan pink salt and stir briskly until completely dissolved and the water is clear.
- Sprinkle in the baking soda and stir gently for 10 seconds.
- Slowly pour the apple cider vinegar into the glass. Allow the natural fizzing reaction to subside for 30 to 60 seconds before drinking.
Notes
Sip slowly over 10-15 minutes on an empty stomach. Use a reusable straw to protect your tooth enamel from the acidity of the vinegar.
