  • 0.25 teaspoon Himalayan pink salt fine grain
  • 0.25 teaspoon Baking soda aluminum-free
  • 1 tablespoon Apple cider vinegar raw, unfiltered, with the mother

Method
 

  1. Pour the warm filtered water into a tall, sturdy glass.
  2. Add the fine Himalayan pink salt and stir briskly until completely dissolved and the water is clear.
  3. Sprinkle in the baking soda and stir gently for 10 seconds.
  4. Slowly pour the apple cider vinegar into the glass. Allow the natural fizzing reaction to subside for 30 to 60 seconds before drinking.
