Ingredients
  

For the Crust
  • 36 pieces Oreo Cookies Regular stuffed
  • 6 tbsp Unsalted Butter Melted
Cheesecake Layer
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1.5 cups Whipped Topping Thawed
Mint Pudding Layer
  • 2 pkgs Instant Vanilla Pudding 3.4 oz each
  • 3 cups Whole Milk Cold
  • 1 tsp Peppermint Extract
  • 3 drops Green Food Coloring

Method
 

  1. Crush Oreos and mix with melted butter. Press into a 9x13 dish and freeze for 10 minutes.
  2. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in 1.5 cups whipped topping and spread over the crust.
  3. Whisk milk, pudding mix, extract, and food coloring for 2 minutes. Pour over the cream cheese layer.
  4. Top with remaining whipped topping, mint crumbles, and Oreo bits. Chill for at least 4 hours.
  5. Slice into squares using a warm knife and serve garnished with cherries.

Notes

Ensure cream cheese is room temperature to avoid lumps. Wipe your knife clean between every single cut for professional layers.
